This is a fundraiser to help send me (Tammy Jarrett) on a missions trip to India. You can read my blog, which is the link under "The Cause" on the sidebar. I appreciate your help!!
My husband, Jeff Jarrett, is the Executive Chef at AMP150, a restaurant inside the Cleveland Airport Marriott. You can visit their page by clicking on the link in the side bar under Jeff's picture.
This is a contest, and the Grand prize Winner will have THEIR DISH featured on AMP150's menu for a month, as well as having it featured on their FACEBOOK page with the winner's picture and a picture of the dish!! If you know you are a great cook, or have been told you are a great cook ;-), this is the contest for you!
He is how it will work:
There will be 2 categories, and will be a Grand prize winner for each category.
The 2 categories are: SAVORY (Lunch or Dinner Item), and SWEET (Dessert)
~Write out your recipe including all ingredients and directions. If you want to cook your dish, then take a picture and submit it with your recipe, that may help! Any additional information that may helpful can also be included. (Anything to help us to understand how the dish is to be set up and served)
~For a donation of $10, you can submit your dish into the contest!
~You can donate via Pay Pal using the donate button in the side bar. Then email me your recipe along with any pictures or whatever you would like to submit. Just put a note with your donation listing your name and or the name of your dish so I can match them up.
You can also mail your donation and recipe to our house if you would like. Leave me a message and I will email you or facebook message you our home address.
~ Jeff will be the judge, and will pick the top 3-5 (depending on how many entries we receive) dishes that he likes based on description. He will then cook these dishes, take pictures of them, and decided which will receive the Grand Prize!! The 2 runners up will also receive a prize :)
~We will be putting together a cookbook with all of the recipes that we receive, and the winning dishes will be on the cover. The cookbook will then be available to anyone who is interested.
We are starting this contest now, and it will end on July 31st. Jeff will notify the winners by August 15th and will let you know when your dish will be added to their menu and to their FACEBOOK page. Good Luck!!
